ACTIVE contact with/to us

• If you contact us by email zentrale@vaku-tek.com, form on the website, or otherwise, your provided data will be stored with us for at least six months for the purpose of processing the request and for any follow-up questions. We will not disclose this data without your consent.

PASSIVE (Indirect) CONTACT via Website

• We use so-called cookies for statistical analysis of the use of this website within the framework of the web analysis service Google Analytics, represented by: Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
• Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. If you have previously consented to this according to Art 6 para 1 lit a GDPR, cookies from third-party providers will be used during your visit to our website for the purpose of collecting and evaluating your usage behavior.
• Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.
• For this purpose, cookies are used that enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there: Cookies – these are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. • If processing is based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR. This right exists without restrictions for processing for the purpose of direct marketing and related profiling.
• You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
